Naira Publishers Book and Creative Club is more than a platform where people engage in literary endeavours. It is also a home for lovers of creative activities and a wonderful space to meet talent and make new friends with common interests. We have noticed that many people love to read, but seldom find someone to talk to about books. There are still many others who love and engage in arts, dance, comedy, film, music, fashion, and everything in between. Our club serve as a centre stage for all creatives with a single aim — connection, development, and fun.
Our Book and Creative Club is structured in a way that it attracts people from diverse creative industries — writers, authors, illustrators, editors, publishers, digital content creators, and arts creators. They also include artists in the fashion, music, and film spaces. Nothing makes a consumer of a creative work happier than seeing the person who wrote their favourite book, or who sang their best song, or who featured in their best movie, or who they regularly see on television. Through our club, we bring authors, artistes, and entertainers closer to their fans.
The club holds physically every last Saturday of the month across major towns in Nigeria, but mostly in Ibadan and Lagos. It majorly boosts activities such as book reading, practical workshops, panel sessions, creative interactions, music, singing, dancing, networking, and light refreshments.
